I had some issues since i’m not a PHP expert, I wrote to the support and they answer quickly and help so much!

Great personal attention and support whatever your level of expertise. Just at the beginning of designing my site so I’ll update this review in a few weeks when it’s finished as I’ll no doubt need more guidance on various aspects of tweaking the theme, but so far I’m feeling very supported and secure in the knowledge that the customer service side is very professional and fast and also so far, it does look like you can create a very slick and good looking site with this theme. I’m enjoying learning wordpress through it. Thanks guys.

I can only say thanks to the web Dorado Support Team, especially Anoush ! She responded immediately and very responsive to all my requests. I’m working with the Business World Theme and had some problems with the German language and the WD Event Calendar. Thanks Anoush, member of the support team all my problems were solved.

There are many options to customize.
Support is very efficient and fast.

I use many themes and this one is in the top 10. Awesome!!

I am fairly new to WordPress and worried that this theme might be too complicated for me to manage. However, thanks to the amazing support from Agapi and the development team at Web Dorado, it is working very well.
I highly recommend this theme and this company! Their support is fast, friendly, and very competent!

I wanted a site with a nice intro page, and that worked well with bbpress and mybb and sure enough it does just that. Looks great and easy to use.

The theme works great and was intuitive to work with. Best part was the fast support with the Pro version of Business Elite theme.

Beautiful themes that work quite well. I’ve used several of the Web-Dorado themes for WordPress, and occasionally I run into limitations, but you can always create a child theme and modify. I’ve tried various theme providers and, so far, Web-Dorado is only one of two that I’m comfortable with.

I have exactly 2 quibbles.
1) The Contact Me area has a background image I can’t seem to change and
2) Contact Me seems to want an email address – which is not best practices. I ended up creating a contact page with a form and then linking to it.

These are pretty small in the grand scheme of things. Otherwise, the theme is really lovely and easy to use.

The theme itself is gorgeous.Modern, sleek and super simple to edit. You can literally create a professional looking page within a matter of minutes with no prior knowledge. I haven’t run in to any actual problems so far, but have contacted the support team a couple of times to ask for help when stuck customizing some of the subpages.
What’s really mindblowing is the service you get as a premium user.
1) Having the pleasure to deal with the same contact person every time, especially when she’s as professional, quick, patient and trustworthy as Anoush is a luxury.
2) All my inquiries have been answered and dealt with quickly and efficiently and I’ve always received a detailed explanation so I can avoid some of the problems in the future. I’ve learned so much!Thank you so much for the screen shots, video tutorials and hands on help when needed!
3) As previously mentioned, Anoush is a star. She delivers beyond what’s exected every time and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for your help!
