Enigma

Nice theme, easy for a novice to use, and in the rare occasions I have had any issues the developers have answered my questions within 24 hours, and solved the problem every time.

Given I paid nothing for it, the service is great, and even if I paid, it would still be great service!

This theme is very clean and easy to set up. Gives plenty of options for front page content, there’s image previews, call outs, and a slider bar. Everything is very easy to figure out through the customization interface, and more than anything the support staff is amazing. Typically reply within a day to any and all questions I’ve had.

This theme is excellent easy to use and looks very professional. I strongly recommend it! Most importantly though, and the reason i gave 5 stars, the support team for this enigma is immediate and very helpful.

My working team has adopted immediatly Enigma theme because it is very responsive, dynamic and young looking. Excellent products and menu.The support is extra, because it is quick and focused on problem we are facing to improve it right away. I recommend the theme Enigma. Great features and superb service and follow up. Go for Enigma, you will not regret it.

The einigma theme suits my business wel. Whenever i have asked a question for help i have been helpt good.

Great theme.
Could be a little easier. Learning it though.
Many cool options.
Maybe pro is easier.

The Enigma theme is the easiest i have found to work with and the best looking. So simple yet a great looking theme. And the support is A+++. Highly recommended.

One day it does one thing the next day it does another.
DO NOT USE THIS THEME, LOOKS GREAT, WORKS LIKE CRAP.
IT IS A BAIT AND SWITCH THEME IT WORKS AT FIRST, LOOKS GREAT, AND THEN IT DOES WHAT IT WANTS TO AND IT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO PUT OUT THEMES THAT DO NOT WORK WHAT IS THE SENSE?
IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO BUY THE THEME OUT IT FOR SALE NOT FOR FREE.

I have been trialing Weblizar’s free Enigma theme to ascertain if it will suit my needs. My conclusion is that the theme is terrific and, potentially, I will use the theme going forward. The theme is pretty good ‘out of the box’ but using CSS filters provides much in terms of flexibility for customization. The tedious part is trawling the web for the appropriate CSS coding. However there was an issue which I simply could not solve. It relates to removing a line from pages and try as I may I could not do it. Hence I reached out to Weblizar and am pleased that I did so. They were terrific in their support. From this experience, I can recommend the Enigma theme as well as Weblizar support.

I recently started with the Enigma-Pro theme. I stumbled upon some issues and contacted the developers. I received a pretty quick reply addressing the issues which got solved immediately so I can continue with my webwork. Great!

Update: Unfortunately I happen to have my client purchased the theme herself (since I encourage autonomy for future updates), which means I don’t have login details in order to take part in the Enigma Premium Support Forum. The theme developers won’t permit me to register since I haven’t bought their theme. Being a web designer for their Premium client, my workflow gets stuck because I can’t address issues about their theme. This is very disappointing and annoying and is a reason for me to abandon the theme whenever this project has been finished.
I encountered lots of spelling errors in class names (which makes search in code unpleasant) and illogic usability issues such as not being able to order portfolio content, strange behaviour of the search function, etc.
I’d love to meet a webdeveloper and collaborate on the development of a theme, taking into account usability matters.
