Hi team, we have purchased your responsive WordPress theme for a CMS website. Having looking into the standards and reviews we have chosen yours when there were abundant number of themes.
Installing the WordPress theme, we faced several issues
1. Banner slider was not working
2. No proper Forms
3. There is no basic things as social media icons.
We have written several emails to your support centre, requesting for the fixes and no response from your side whatsoever.
Result impact: we have lost our valuable client because of this..the client was unhappy and we weren't paid for the service we did.
Hence we are writing this to make you understand the standard of your theme.
