Fantastic support

The theme looks great on our site, and the customer service was fantastic…extremely fast, friendly and helpful. I was able to fix 99% of the issues I had by working with them. My ONLY complaints are that the documentation could have used some work (it says that the main photo should be one size, and customer support says another size) and I cannot seem to get my main photo to stop stretching vertically on tablets. Other than that, however, I’m extremely happy with the way my website looks using this theme.

I’m very pleased with this theme (I use the Pro version), which gives you good control of layout, much more than with comparable themes.
The Pro version even lets you choose your own fonts, so long as you have the appropriate font files.
On top of a great theme, I’ve found that the support is outstanding. I was unable to work out how to get something to work, and the response was fast, apposite and worked first time.

Running the lite version for a client of mine.
Custom CSS does the trick, but when stuck the support got me there.
Worth the full package for support alone.

Flaton is a great theme and easy to costumize but the best is the support team, they are wonderful.You write and almost in minuts you have an answer. You can consult any problem.

Low customization – a wast of time!

The lite version is advertised to be customization and flexible, however once installed there is nothing you can do but to fill in the blanks with your narrative, nothing else.
Unless you pay for the pro (which in my opinion is not worthy it) you cannot create a slider (or change the default image of the boat in the lake), you can’t use Google fonts to customize the title, you can’t change the layout,…. Trust me, don’t wast your time on this theme.

The blurb used to describe this theme is in no way related to what you will actually download. There are lite versions and then there is this offering which to be frank is a waste of time.
