Good theme…little issues but support forum is sorting out the problems

1)Please help me in reducing the Image sizes in the main blog pages….http://www.optimizeindia.com/blogs/

2)Also I needed help in removing the image in the individual blog pages – so that I can place my own, without losing the featured blog image in the home page -www.optimizeindia.com

If possible – help me answerthese, I can edit the style.css but was unable to figure out what.
