The theme has a rich feature set, more than we currently need.
Support questions are resolved incredibly fast. -

Great theme. Easy to use and customize. Excellent service (20 minutes to get an answer)
Search function in the Theme support blog should be improved. There is a lot of great info but there are not searchable in easy way. -

Keeping a website clean and full of information at the same time can be tricky. This design has it in Spades. I continually get asked who my Web Designer is and how many thousands of dollars did I spend. Support is fast and efficient when needed.
