Creating new pages and editing things such as headers is near impossible. Updating the theme is not a simple task either. We have been asking for support, and even though the developer has been in and says he has fixed the problems, they still remain the same.
This is the difference between a brilliant theme and just another average theme.
We have been working on and off with this project for 8 months, and it just isn't professional enough with the way we can't change every visual aspect of the theme.

Its mostly a caching problem…Godaddy purged the cache on there hosting platform and it started to work fine. Advise to install a cache loading plugin to mitigate the problem.
