The support has been unbelievable. The response time and helping me understand the implementation process with WordPress has been flawless. In addition, I LOVE THE SITE!

It’s a good theme. But, I found there is a paid version of this theme as well. Here is Ultra Theme Review posted as well.

Stumbled on a menu issue where any words ending with *xing would not display. Support had it sorted quickly and in a professional manner. Much appreciated the help there.

I just need to give a positive plug to the Pro Version of Ultra – It’s well worth the small price. Do yourself a favour and check it out.

The Ultra+ theme is great (my FAVORITE). I’m impressed by the ease of set-up (even for a WP beginner). The versatility of design along with everything needed in the customizing menu gave me the ability to see a live preview before publishing. It’s OBVIOUS that the author put a lot of effort into creating Ultra+ because it’s so easy to use – my admin board isn’t cluttered with a bunch of plugins. The interface is clean and simple… perfect!

I just want to say that Andrew has been great at answering my questions about this theme, even though I’m using the free version. He gets back to me quickly, and solved my minor issues for me. This is my first time using this theme, and it’s always hard to know how the support will be, but he’s been great so far!

I have used many themes. But this one is my favorite.

Can’t recommend this enough, has amazing settings control for almost all theme appearances built right in. Great free theme but I upgraded to the Premium and all together was worth it many times over any other template I’ve purchased for $60 or more.

I love ultra themes, it’s simple and very customizeable.

I am very happy to have chosen this theme. It is easily manageable, very reliable and the support seems excellent. So far I have been able to solve whatever little issues I had via the FAQ pages (I haven’t built many WP pages yet so there have been a few questions, but they are not due to any bugs or difficulties in this theme). Thank you for a great product.

The most responsive, thorough and helpful support I’ve ever experienced! Thanks to Andrew’s support, my WordPress learning curve is getting smaller and smaller at a much quicker pace than when I tried creating a site a few years ago (I eventually gave up on that attempt)! The theme is simple to use and customize, operates smoothly, looks great on all platforms, and is super affordable! I highly recommend this theme to beginners or anyone else looking for a great theme with amazing support:)

The customization possibilities are great. The mobile version is really good, too.
