Q: Why my item is so big size to other ?

A: Because it containing theme and sample data file. Sample data size ~ 55Mb. Theme size ~ 6Mb. If you want to build your page from scratch of simply import sample data in xml file. You can exclude sample_data. In case, theme size about ~ 6Mb

Q: How to get a clone of demo [will full pages / post / theme setting, color, content, photo...] ?
