Code Quality By savacom100, 2017-03-08 via themeforest.net I'm so UPSET after paying for this theme and installing it to a new website and the ALT's are not being pulled into the theme!!!! Hello! This is a major SEO issue! Stay away from this them until they get this fixed! Plus they never help, even when you fill out tickets. I'm truly upset!!!! Been a member for over close to 6 years and this is the worse theme developer to work with! I mean come on the alt's?......... So simple to fix yet they will have you fill out a ticket and never respond! If you care about SEO don't buy this theme!

Bugs By drain247, 2016-12-14 via themeforest.net Whenever I try to import the dummy data, all it gives me is an internal server 500 error. I have tried to download it individually as I was asked to, and it still comes up with the same error; I have also contacted our web server to make adjustments to accommodate this theme... still does not work. I have wasted all day trying to resolve this issue.

Usually, internal server 500 error is caused by your server configurations, so it would be enough to set them up correctly and continue the installation. You have submitted the support ticket and our technical support team provided you with correct server settings and asked to provide your admin details. But unfortunately, you've not replied. Bugs By chercyr1, 2016-11-08 via themeforest.net The theme is not responsive when trying to use with firefox. I get a bug message, and unresponsive script every 3-4 minutes. It says it comes with visual editor but when trying to utilize it, I get a message that says I must purchase it for an additional 36.00.
They layout for editing is horrible. Haven't been able to change colors on the theme, replace headers, change the name from "plumbing company" to my companies name.
The testimonial part is a nightmare.
It forces you to install woo commerce, in order to upload dummy text, and I have zero use for woo-commerce and actually don't like it at all because of past experiences with it.
I really wish I had gone with a different theme, or read reviews. Every question the customer is referred to start a ticket. The whole idea of buying a theme is so that you can get things done in minimal time. If I wanted to waste hours of my life I could have used DIVI which is extremely user friendly and had a website up and running by now.
The look on the demo and usability I give it a 5.
I am giving it less than 5 here because:
-1 star not user friendly
-1 star support is lacking
-1 layout of editing is a nightmare, as are sections
-1 additional purchases required
-1 is not for someone looking to save time
-1 installation took approximately 2 hours because I had to upload to wp-content files, and extract
-1 the content failed to load several times (dummy text)
I've purchased from here before and had no issues whatsoever with the last theme. At this point I feel like I wasted money, and will have to uninstall and use something different.

We are surprised to see such a feedback from you as you have not submitted any support ticket so our technical operators could assist you and save your time.
The theme was tested in Firefox in responsive mode and we found no issues. Therefore, we will need your website details to check what causes that on your installation.
Visual Composer, as well as other bundled plugins are fully functional without activation using a license key. You can find the plugin updates in new theme releases or contacting our support team. In other words, there is no need to purchase any plugins.
Most theme options are managed in admin panel -> Theme Options described in the extended documentation included in the package.
Besides, the theme is fully functional without Woocommerce, just uninstall the plugin if you do not need it. Dummy data installation depends only on your server configurations - they should meet the theme requirements. Our support team can anyway install demo content manually for you.
