Awesome design and easy install.
Just purchased two days ago and already installed. Now working on customisation.
I have few questions on theme configuration ie
1. How do I get upgrade versions?
2 Should I activate chid theme and work on customisation or main parent theme to keep any customisation safe while upgrading newer version ?
3. Map gives error and does not appear correctly what should I do?
4. Which social plug in used to alllow users to join via facebook google etc ?
And finally while I work on theme what is the best way to contact for support and further queries ?

I’m eager to help you so let me answer your first questions and if you'll have others, don't hesitate to reach me back.
1. To make thinks easier for you, we created an option that helps you get the benefit of automatic updates. You can read more about that and about two other methods for updating the theme here.
2. If you plan to make customizations it’s recommended using a Child theme. You can even use the one that comes bundled with the Listable theme, this one is a good article about that.
3. You have to generate a Google Maps API Key and insert it a special field, see how easy is to do that.
4. On our demo site, we’re using WooCommerce Social Login plugin (paid), but there are free alternatives too, please take a look here.

There were so many reasons for my rating I just used other. Totally regret buying this theme. Too many css code work a rounds needed for simple things like the footer text. SMH. No side bar option on the first page. For a directory, you should be able to have a sidebar for additional and you had the nerve to go up on the price. The simple subscription add on I purchased now does not allow me to list free listings, everyone has to pay the subscription price so that's money down the drain. Good luck with your $85 theme that doesn't do what we need it to.

We're sad to see that you've had a bad all-together experience with Listable and the crew.
We're not here to make a fool out of anyone, but to deliver a great experience to you and anyone who considers PixelGrade. Listable is actually a really customizable theme, but we don't bring all the imaginable options on the table. Depending on needs, it can be tailored in many ways.
Currently, there’s isn’t any out of the box option for the sidebar, however, there are a few topics here, here and here which might come in handy.
In order to post free listings, you’ll have to create a free package which will have the price set to 0$.

If you want to go multilingual, don't go with Listable. I am stuck since 12 days with translation problems (WPML) , the support Team does not responds to the Ticket anymore.
Loveley Theme, but nad customer support at all.

Hey,
Sorry to hear you had a hard time with this! We've made a lot of tests and WPML authors did that too, so we concluded that Listable theme is compatible with WPML (https://wpml.org/theme/listable/). As I've already said, if the plugin authors consider that there's something we can do in our theme, we'll do that for sure to fix this.

I think Listable has done a tremendous job in many ways and not just its feature. This is a powerful Wordpress theme with so much to offer. At first, i must admit it can be a little overwhelming trying to learn how to customize things with this theme. But pixelgrade has a really awesome support page with guides and articles to help you out. The customer service is great, at least from my personal experience. They really try their best to point you to the right direction. I use listable as MVP for my startup idea and I'm really satisfied with it. I highly recommend this to anyone! To the team behind listable, thank you so much for creating this awesome theme and being great with your customer! :)
