I’ve contacted many times to developers for problems which i facing and he supported me every time but a little bit late because I’m not premium member and didn’t give any money.

So support is very good.
The main problem is with theme that if you are editing homepage then you have to follow only custimize section and there is limited widgets with which you can create homepage with them. If you think you create page with any other type such as page builder then its not possible.

This is restriction by theme that you have to follow his policy.

    Very happy with this theme. Some fantastic features with just the Lite version. Don´t really need the pro version, but will buy it to show support as soon as my store starts making money

    I used the 8 Store Lite to begin with and I loved it so much that I bought the Pro version. I have had numerous issues with the theme that I needed help with because I’m new at building websites for myself. The customer support folks have been so helpful in every way. I feel like I bugged them a gazillion times, still they were really nice and promptly took care of my needs. I would recommend buying the 8 Store Pro version if you want a really great theme and a team at your side.     the lite version of this theme is a very poor example of something that the developers would expect you to buy the pro version.. find another theme.
