This theme is an unfinished product with many bugs and non functional features, and i will list here just a part of them:
- Nonfunctional mega menu on mobile devices
- Images from mega menu are not loading while navigate on subcategories as the their path became broken.
- Partially functional categories menu, the woocommerce categories menu settings from admin panel does not work.
- Theme cannot be changed from full page to boxed (unless you deactivate cpanel feature on admin).
- Vertical mega menu feature is not functional at all
- Bad designed information, account and our services menus
On top of that i will add the bad attitude of the developer who refuse to acknowledge that the theme still have bugs and is not ready for production website.

Thank you very much for purchasing our Hitheme and so sorry for all the inconvenience you've faced up with.
For the problems that you've reported, actually they are NOT the bug of the theme. All feature supported has been listed in the Theme description and demo,
1. WooCommerce categories menu: Currently, as in the theme feature that time, there is button to appear more categories at the end of the menu.
However, you want all categories are shown on your site then we fixed for you.
This is not a feature of Hitheme as first. But now, as your request, we improved this in current version.
2. To switch template from full page to boxed layout, it need configuring in the Appearance > Theme Options > Layout as the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/fdahlo
3. For the Image in the megamenu, actually it depends to the configuration of each host and in the Permalinks.
To prevent this bug, you can add "/" at the beginning of the image link like: "/wp-content/images/upload.jpg"
4. About the megamenu, we update mobile layout 1 for Hitheme and there is mobile menu for this one. It's released now.
5. About the Vertical Megamenu: At first, this is not feature of Hitheme, however, we developed it in the current version.
We refunded for you. We hope that you will be happy with your next choice.
