Great looking theme, front end is great.
Backend is an atrocity and looks horrible, super easy to get lost in. Very unresponsive support team. Some of their "Recommended Plugins" conflict with each other. (Specifically TinyMCE and Visual Composer) and neither work if you do not disable one. Theme has not gotten an update since the month it was released.
Would not recommend.

Why you don't ask us or create ticket to find what cause before blame our theme not good. you are too hasty. Please send support ticket first before make low rating. If you don't like our theme we can refund for you, but I don't think it have many problem as you said, may be come from php version, mysql version ... on your server. :(
