So woocommerce doesn’t a give a shit about their customers. They refuse to provide any kind of support their products even though they are often buggy out of the box. A theme like this is an incomplete package which acts as a lure to force you buy more extensions which woocommerce only superficially supports. You email their support, they take 3 days to get back to you, and then they tell you to hire a web developer.

I’ve had about 3 large issues which they refused to address. Eventually I found solutions provided by other websites, solutions they should have offered. They don’t really have support, it’s just another lure to give the illusion the product is better than it is.

They say that it’s impossible to support their products, that’s a direct quote. It’s bullshit, and their customers deserve more. I rarely write reviews, but so sick of their punting of issues with their product, I wanted others to know. Storefront may technically be a good theme, but if the company behind it doesn’t care to support their customers through their own bugs… it’s not good enough for me… and it’s not good enough for you.

I downloaded the Storefront theme and then purchased the Galleria theme to build a website for my wife’s art ecommerce store “suzannefoxwell.com“.
I am very please with everything and would highly recommend Woocommerce to anyone.

Très bon thème woocommerce, pas de surprise apèrs les mise à jour, et des fonctionnalités très pratique.

Great Storefront Thanks

This is just like all the other themes. You have to install it and then redesign the whole thing to get the layout in the preview.
There is no point in having a preview, if you have to make all the changes to get the layout you want, you could do that with every other theme.
Another pointless theme.
The sooner one of the designers of these themes actually makes one you don’t need to redesign yourself the better.

The best thing with this theme is that it’s developed along side WooCommerce so new things in WC is always updated in Storefront.

the author is not wiling to fix the theme, currently the secondary menu will not show up in the mobile menu if the primary menu is disabled.

My first WP website built using Storefront and Elementor. Easy lightweight theme with allot of customization options.

Don’t think you will ever need to buy a premium theme… Storefront is really really awesome!!!
