Bugs
1. Install of the theme from .zip file failed, only FTP manual upload seems to work
2. Customization of theme (translation some parts of web) not possible, I contacted support, no answer from them
3. Install Dummy Data dont work - stuck on 2%, nothing happens
4. I am still forced to buy Visual Composer - I dont need it, but its required by theme
5. When I go to Page edit, stuck on blank screen
These bugs appears after first installation and also after second complete reinstallation of WP, WooCommerce.

It is a pity that you have not contacted our support team when you came
across difficulties during the installation. We could assist you with that and save your time. The theme has been installed on multiple websites without any issues. They may be caused only by your server configurations, like low max_upload_filesize and max_execution_time
so it would be enough to set them up correctly and continue the installation. The theme requirements are available before the purchase in the theme documentation: http://wineshop.themerex.net/doc/#requirements .
As for the support assistance, you have submitted one ticket which was replied in 17 hours: http://prntscr.com/fk2g4m which is within our average response time.
