PixieBolt is a WordPress theme intended for eSports organizations, teams and gaming clans.     Having worked with the theme for more than a month now I must say I'm impressed. The customizability is absolutely fantastic and the support from PixieSquad is without a question amazing. Those guys really know what they are talking about and they make their support easy-to-understand i.e. they are service-minded.
    The theme will pretty much cover anything related to eSport so it more than fulfils my requirements for www.esport-odder.dk . If everything was as easy and great to use at this theme the world would be an ever greater place to live.

    Hey there,
    First of all, we would like to express our deepest regrets that you feel this way.
    We wish that things progressed differently, but unfortunately they didn't. But here we go.
    You came and commented on our theme, urging us to look at your ticket, while you made your ticket 10 minutes before you commented. We have a right of 24 hours to reply on a ticket, yet we replied within 15 minutes.
    The problems you requested in the ticket itself were issues with you trying to edit the theme's CSS files. You addressed as this was our fault, that you can't manage on your own to apply custom code modifications. For something like that we can't be held responsible, as we don't provide support on customization services, it's purely stated on the item, you could have checked this before you bought the theme.
    None of the questions, nor concerns you had were actual problems with our theme options and functions. This is a very big detail to the whole issue here.
    Secondly, you wanted to refund your money, we said okay, no problem, start up a process on ThemeForest/Envato, as that's not something we can start ourselves.
    - You acted to this, as if we were stealing your money and totally ignoring you, which ISN'T the case here.
    We have over 200 sales on PixieBolt, a five star rating, why would we need to scam just you and only you, huh?
    In the end, if you approached us with a slightly different attitude things would have enveloped differently. We like providing support to our clients, we love making friends out of our clients, long term relationships etc. We are sad that it's not the same with you.
