Customer Support By cmihavetz, 2016-10-21 via themeforest.net If you are using this theme solely to promote productions, not to actually have people "purchase" tickets, then look for another theme! If you are like me, and wanted to simply have a nice way to promote a school play production - I STRONGLY advise getting another theme.
While the design of Seatera is nice - it's not flexible. Also the documentation that comes with the theme is very lacking. The big red "buy tickets" button you'll see in the demo featured on EVERY movie page can't be removed unless you pay for support and get the CSS from the author.
Anyway, it's been a headache. The site is ok, but the limitations make it ..well just blah really. Oh well, live and learn right?!

Thank you for reaching out and I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused! As I understand then the issue was the buy movie ticket button which you wanted to remove. This can be done easily and we can help you to do that. Unfortunately, the only place where we can provide support is at our support forum and it can be accessed only by the users with valid support package, so you will have to renew yours.

thank you for the feedback! You are asking for us to integrate a custom payment gateway for you which would take a lot of time and as much as we would love to we just can't do that for free. You have to hire a freelancer which can create a plugin for you with that particular payment gateway.
