  • Customer Support By loscamos, 2017-05-24 via themeforest.net The theme is great, they probabily provide the best theme on themeforest. It comes with a lot of demos and most of them are great. The weak spot is the support. They basically offer supprot for things you can fix reading the documentation but not more than that. I opened 4 different tickets and each and every time they copied and pasted the same reply where they say that they are sorry but they can not provide custom development support. My issue was very simple and they could have replied to me in less than 5 minutes but they didn't. They pasted again the same respose. I had to go through the wordpress documentation and find a solution by myself and they were able to provide it faster than me of course, they just didn't want it to do so. That's why I'm really disappointed and expected more from the support, espacially for issue that goes a little beyond the documentation and are not related to heavy custom coding. Hope they get better.
    Known major issue:
    On latest post widget in visual composer there are no chance to use a read more button
    Impossible to remove the "All" filter from the portfolio

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and for rating our product. We are sorry to hear that you are not very satisfied with our support, but please understand that our priority is to provide support according to Theme Forest policy and to support theme default functionality since there is a lot of users, and support is handling a lot of tickets all the time, and they are really doing their best. Beside pointing to files where you need to make modifications, and by providing some custom css code, we are not in position to go deeper into modifications. Bridge theme is really rich with features and possibilities, and obtaining software of this scale for 60 bucks is awesome, and we think that it is not fair to rate it that low because you wanted to modify something. We really hope that this can be improved and that you will change this bad impression you've got.
