    It's worth the money and if you're a writer / blogger or want to start your own little or mid-size magazine, you should think about it.
  • Customer Support By abroadoutlook, 2016-08-23 via themeforest.net After not resolving my issue, my trouble ticket was deleted and my purchase code was invalidated, preventing me from submitting another ticket.
    I've done what support instructed, exactly as instructed, about 6 or 7 times now and my blog posts aren't showing up still. I've cleared my cache several times and even deleted the plugin/theme folders from my domain file manager (and cleared cache again). Whenever I upload, the same settings as before pop up and nothing works, even after I select "reset to default"! What am I doing wrong?

    Hello,
    We located one your ticket and our support agent answered already https://elated.ticksy.com/ticket/868402 and since ticket is private you need to be signed in to see it.
    Please, check response on ticksy and now you are able to create new ticket, as well.
    When it comes to ticket submitting, there was a temporary problem from the system we’re using, ticksy, and it has been just resolved.

    Please kindly reconsider your rating, so hopefully you do realize that our theme has nothing to do with this issue related to our support forum that has been fixed already.
