Design Quality By SomethingBlue42, 2017-06-28 via themeforest.net I had actually built my author blog on Tumblr originally because I was more familiar with their backend than wordpress, but when I came across this theme I just loved it so much I actually switched over to wordpress just so I could use it. Since it was my first time using wordpress i had A LOT of growing pains and the support I got with even the dumbest issues was promptly and thoroughly addressed. Great theme and great customer service!

Code Quality By WebMooster, 2017-04-22 via themeforest.net Beautiful Design . . which is why we chose this theme but it's so bloated, labor intensive and buggy that we're dumping it after several days of trying to work with it. Our goal was to literally use it straight out of the box and just populate with our own content but when the child theme is activated, the widgets are all over the place, running over sections, elements not present in the parent show up in the most unsightly places and it's so buggy with scripts not responding, we're done. Ancora / theme support is quick to address inquiries (hence the extra star rating) and they pushed through a VC update at our request but with a bit of attitude. So frustrating.

The customer support is phenomenal though! They helped us with every problem we could not figure out and did a great job troubleshooting. I would advise to have a back up plugin added just in case something goes really wonky. Exceptional customer service! Well worth it.
