If you want to design WordPress themes, but don’t have good enough php knowledge or foundation to build on, you are free to use this theme as base. It’s GPLv3-licensed. The theme documentation is also free to use (WTFPL).

How can I recover the previous features of the Github “full” version of the Hueman theme ?

The Hueman Addons plugin is ready and available on WordPress.org . You can download the latest release here. It replaces the former “full” version of the Hueman theme previously available on Github.

    The Hueman theme has such a wonderful feel about it. The thing I love most, though, is the attention to detail. I really feel like the developer tried to give us end-users everything we’d need and it feels like a generous gift. Especially since it’s free! I also like the notes in the code. I’m a beginner and the small bits of guidance I’m getting from the notes is helping me find my way around easier. I think VERY highly of this theme and its developer!!

    I wanted a more grown up look for my hyperlocal blog (was using Twenty Eleven theme) and Hueman fit the bill. It allowed me to feature my posts in more of a magazine style while still maintaining an easy to navigate blog feel. The theme is fully and beautifully responsive, makes good use of featured images, and layout options are many and easily customizable on a global, template type, and individual post/page level.
