Iconic One

Beautiful, but hard to customize. Sidebar – can’t remove the “recent posts” or reorder pages. Adding logo removes the title (I expected it would be over the logo). Background image doesn’t work at all. Not sure how to translate that fixed headers (Pages and so) to other languages. Removed!

Using this theme, my blog traffic goes up and uuup.. thanks

I wish to warn all readers, if you are currently using Iconic One version 1.4.8, DO NOT UPATE IT! Version 1.7.8 was never properly tested before it went into production. As usual, WordPress is in a great big hurry to make updates to everything and they don’t take the time to make sure that an update is properly tested before it goes into production. Version 1.7.8 will wipe out your menu the minute you install it! Keep the old version! DO NOT INSTALL THE UPDATE!!!

After trying dozens of themes, I am still not satisfied and have yet to find an appropriate theme I wanted. Once I saw a website with the look simple, good, and according to the design style that I wanted. I’m looking out the theme used the website, until at last I know that the theme used is “Iconic One Pro”. I tried the theme “iconic one”, and I love to design simple, fresh, nice, clean. Finally I upgraded to a “Iconic One Pro”. Thanks

this good theme but not good for adsense

Este es mi tema favorito para nichos. Ya tocaba dejar un comentario agradeciendo el excelente trabajo realizado con este tema. Me gusta su diseño minimalista, su rapidez a la hora de cargar y su sencillez de uso. Creo que es especialmente bueno integrado con adsense.

Theme is good, no doubt however i have notice that somehow their Link added on Footer every time.

I removed outbound link and added custom text on footer.php, but it rools back automatically in every 4 to 5 days.

Update — I notice that they not added the links manually, but its in their settings that whenever new version of WordPress will be updated, the footer link will be added.

I am using the theme in this website. http://howdoyousayin.com it is clean, it is very very fast and also responsive. I am also getting great result with adsense, what else can I ask for?

Tab menu does not work – tabs are not active when you are in a category. This is the case for most, if not alle WP themes. But is still breaks usability Guidelines. Other than that, it is a fine template. But the menu is such an essential a part, I hope they will find a solution for this.
