Excuse me, but im new to wordpress, is this NewsPressLite a template you have to build yourself ? or is it already built and ready to customize

I absolutely love this theme (NewsPress lite). I spent a lot of time choosing a theme,and this is the only one that I have been completely satisfied with.
And it look better on mobile than any other theme I’ve seen.
However, I have two nagging problems with it:
1.) It always displays my most recent posts at the bottom of the page instead of at the top of the page. It displays posts (not comments) in reverse date order (older posts first).
I had thought that this was some error I made in my wordpress setup, but other themes don’t do this. Other themes display newest posts at the top of the page.

2.) It changes the date in the middle of the day, like noon, instead of midnight. I’ve repeatedly set and checked the date/time/timezone settings in WordPress, but the theme still displays the wrong date and day.For instance, at 6:41PM pacific standard time (Los Angeles) on Sunday AUG 16, 2015 the theme was displaying Monday August 17.

I want to purchase the extended/pro version, but first I have to be sure I won’t have these problems.

I am NEW to WordPress. Finding a theme that would work was a task. However,,, this one was Fine… NewsPress Lite. BUT when I put in my site title, these HUGE red letters that I could not size down distorted my screen. Just a way to easily alter the font and re size Images would have made this a 5 star review. Hopefully it will get fixed.

So disappointed. I can’t even play with the lite version without errors and simple craziness. Social links is an upgrade but lite is so faulty already. Why upgrade??? Looks great works terrible. Side bar keeps moving all over screen. New post breaks view until another new post. Then you hope it fixes it self.

Ik heb een worddpress over laten zetten in domein naam mijnpiushaven.nl en nu moet ik alle foto mapen er op nieuw in zetten ook weer opnieuw indelen heb ook een nieuw thema
