Nirvana

All SEO checks on my site come up with severe warnings about poor SEO on the homepage – no ability to add alt-text to any images and no H1 headers. Have asked on the support forum both here on WordPress and on the Cryout Creations and had no meaningful response.

This would be a 5-star theme if it wasn’t for this severe problem and the poor support.

I’ve used both Nirvana and Tempera from this developer and they are excellent. They’re a great balance of flexibility and the basics. Once you learn the ins and outs of the theme’s Settings page, you’re off and running. Highly recommended.

Nirvana is one of the Best Theme (including the Child) I had the pleasure to work with over the years, very intuitive, not overloaded with stuff that you rarely need, leaves you with what matters, saving time.
I paid the 25 dollars to get support for the year, which I don’t think I’ll need, but it was a good way to show my appreciation, which allowed me to remove the credit as a bonus… Outstanding Work!

I love this theme, it’s a lot like customizer but it looks so much better. With the new wordpress update you need to download a quick plugin which they provide the link for and then it’s super simple to customize to your liking. For an example of what I did look at beautyfootzoning.com, please google it to help with my page rank and feel free to ask me any questions if you need help with the theme.

I liked the theme but then at one point it stopeed working as in beginning and writing to forum does not help either, no reply for 2 months..

Problems! Out of the blue my text in the slider began to bounce up into correct position during each slide change. Also, the text on my android mobile does not have text in slider but moves it below slider images. Why?

I use Nirvana on a client site (and several other Cryout Creations themes on other clients’ sites). Responsiveness and flexibility are outstanding. Any time I have needed support, whether for theme issues or for plugin problems, Cryout Creations responds quickly and with all the information I need if they cannot fix the problem. I cannot speak highly enough of the Cryout Creations team.
Nirvana is clean, excellent on desktop and on mobile, and plays well with all plugins. It does everything I ask of it, except parallax view, but I have never asked it to do parallax view. So there.

We’re testing this theme for use on a small public library website. With the excessive Nirvana Settings editor options, there’s great potential to make a site that’s web accessible to all patrons (without employees having great know how of web design).

Also the ‘export theme’ options on the side has been useful as we switch between localhosts and live testing different things out.
