It had errors throughout and I could not get a response from support. Furthermore, the visual composer was disabled which made it very difficult to use. Big waste of money. I'm going back to a theme I've used before.

1 - Nightmare to setup
2 - Nightmare to use customized version of visual composer.
3 - 80+ Page / Post Settings in no logical order or explanation.
4 - If you want to actually customize for your own business forget it.
5 - Blog sidebar needs to be set for each post.
6 - blog post title shows in two places for no reason at all.
7 - copyright information is in a widget which is ridiculous
8 - all widgets are text blocks not custom widgets so you will need to edit the text within large chunks of code to edit widgets.
9 - simple blog posts widget in footer or sidebar will not be formatted correctly.
10 - page load times google page speed, gtmetrix are extremely bad.
11 - theme header settings are complicated for no reason and breaks entire theme if changed.
The list goes on.. this it the WORST theme purchase I have ever made on theme forest.
I strongly advised against purchasing this theme.
The demo looks nice but when you actually try to setup the theme for your own business it falls apart extremely quickly.
Theme developer will also not provide a refund so buy at your own risk.

Our trained team of support agents is on your service for all the doubts you have related to our theme options and customization, and also they could help you to setup your site within our theme.
We have included plenty of our own, and very powerful elements into Visual Composer plugin, where we added also bunch of options to make usage of each element more custmizable which doesn't mean it's hard to use.
Please, note we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, because we wanted to show all the possible features theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provide individual tips for improvement. The good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage…in order to achieve best possible performance.
Al suggestions to improve our theme and to make it even more user friendly are taken into consideration and thank you for that.

Code Quality By ryanperkins153, 2017-06-12 via themeforest.net 1 - copy right text is a widget and not just in the theme settings which is strange. took significant time to find it.
2 - shortcodes placed within widgets that are very difficult to edit the ext or find the text to be replaced. The widgets should be custom and allow easy modification of the widgets texts.. instead the widgets are text blocks with shortcodes that are complex placed inside them.
3 - overall theme backend performance is slow on all levels.. extremely time consuming to edit pages the customization to visual composer doesn't seem to be very optimized for speed. Moving any elements on the demo page templates takes several seconds and I have a unlimited resource private dedicated server optimized for speed.
4 - bottom of page settings are way to complex and not simplified enough for the end user. on one hand I can see how extreme customization could be done. on the other learning all the settings to make the page look correct is extremely time consuming compared to other themes with similar functionality of customizing the layout of each page header, title area, featured image etc. Theres like 80 settings at the bottom of the page editor thats over kill. there also not grouped very intuitively and require significant scrolling to setup a page. Buying a theme prebuilt is supposed to make the process faster to setup a site this theme slows it down in regard to the above.
5 - if a layout is messed up from the demo import.. don't plan on getting it back. The layouts built aren't as shortcodes.
6 - the visual composer page editor is showing unnecessary information which isn't normal for visual composer such as 48px 28px 12px 12px for padding of content why is that evening showing? it makes it extremely confusing to use.

Commercial themes on Theme Forest offers a lot of options, and creation requires a lot of time and effort, and sometimes users have trouble with finding some theme options. Regarding Visual Composer page builder, it is perfectly normal to have inline styling for some elements when styling is set from element options and this is the case for all page builders. Visual Composer is great plugin, and author is improving it all the time, so if you have some suggestion for them, you can contact them directly.
We really hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got. In case that our theme is too complicated for you and you don't want to use it, you can submit a refund request and we will discuss it there.

Well, I don't recommended this template because they are a lot more easy themes that let you customize and give you a efficient support than this.
In a ranking 1 to 5, for customization I could give a 4, yes you can change everything visuals but it seem their demo is modify at code level so your page will not see as the perfection on the demo.
In a ranking 1 to 5, for support I could give you 1, If you see all tickets and comments before you buy, then you will see many doubts in the support, they give you not the complete anawer it seem that they are just giving uou a clue.
The responsiveness of some section they justify as content issue but making their suggestion I don't get solve the main issue.
The load of the theme is so heavy, you might need to buy a hosting plan better than the initial in order to compense the huge code.
I understand that they have a lot of customers but they took to long time to answer you in my believe something that they already gave the answer.
I fight with responsiveness of one area and getting answer from their side. It seem they are so worry to have a good score here but no in giving a good support.
I hope to don't have any nule answer on my ticket support because of this description/opinion.
It would be great to read some feedback!

As we could see there was some issue with non-working credentials so we could not see how you made structure on the page where you reported problem. And at the moment, it looks like this page is removed at all.

I would separate all the demos in different importing options because importing averything is very time consuming and most of the time unnecessary.
