Some buttons don't render which means you lose progress. I contacted the Plugin developer and they have asked me to talk to the Theme Developer. Please help.

    I am really sorry for your hassles. The SEOWP use a custom live Composer version.
    Our ticket system shows that you have 10 emails from us. The last 7 have no answer from you. It seems on the reply you are clicking on "ticket review". Please check again your email and follow these instructions to be sure the answer is sent to the support system. We are ready to help you to understand what server resource is missing and how can be improved. We are online and waiting for your input (on email).

    1. The reason I keep having to contact you via this review board is because I can't email your support@lumbermandesigns.com from my email address orbitseo80@gmail.com
    2. Your server is blocking 5 of my different email accounts as a spam sender and so I can't send you my FTP details or Wordpress Admin logins
    3. Here is your support email server response:

    4. I did let you know by an earlier post on this review board that this is the only way I can contact you however you keep asking me to email you back which your support server won't allow me to do.
    5. I have asked three times for a contact number to reach you on for speed because this constant lack of support from you or my inability to email you asking for support is tragic.

    7. You keep saying if I am not happy with the theme I can have a refund....I don't want one, I just want your theme to work.
    8. I have told you some of the them files failed to install by FTP and that I am happy for you to install the theme from your end to my hosting, you didn't reply.
    9. Please contact me with a way that I can contact you to resolve. The theme has the potential to be great however I need your help and I am simply not getting it at the minute.
    10. If I can't email your from 5 email accounts how can I get support from you other than trying to get it via this review board?

    Hi again,
    Unfortunately, we can provide support just on the contact form provided in the previous comment. Did you receive our emails? Try to use a Gmail or Yahoo mail. Or, use the comment tab located at the right of the "review", since this is not the place for such things. Any possible customer will see that these last comments and will hurt our sells. Is looking like we don't care about our customers.

    I only asked for support once and only once and support refused to help me.
    Not only is this a terrible theme. The author advertising it as easy to use is knowingly marketing a lie. I can only believe that the many reviews of this theme are false. I'm never buying from Lumberman designs again.
