Hey,
From what I understand, you managed to create an account on the forum, but experience difficulties in creating a new topic. The first thing I can think of is that you have omitted to select the forum ("Forum" select field right below the large text area) on which to post the topic. For example "Elements"
If you are still experiencing issues with the forum, please send me an email using the contact form from our themeforest profile page, while logged in with the account you've used to purchase the theme.
