I first gave a three stars because the theme had not been updated for the most recent WooCommerce, and Visual Composer. Looks like I can't change the original rating, so adding another.
    The theme has now been updated, and I appreciate it. I've successfully installed the updated theme, and all plugins are now updated. Any issues I had are all resolved, although I prefer a quicker response time on support, I'll still give you a five to help bring the average up.
    Thanks again, Select is very talented in their theme development.

  • Other By schilling2016, 2017-05-16 via themeforest.net I really love this theme, there are a multitude of options, pre-designed page layouts, and you could design 50 websites with this one theme.
    Unfortunately, they have not upgraded to be compatible with the most recent version of WooCommerce, and Visual Composer. I was told not to update these plugins, that the updates are in testing phase, (that was a couple weeks ago) and WooCommerce is a major update from 2 to 3. It has features I'd like to use, but can't. The website still works and looks fine, but it's very important that the developer keep things updated.
    The support is slow to respond, they are in a different country, so I understand it's probably not going to be same day, but I would expect within 24 hours, and it's usually 2 days before I get a response. I was even sent an email lecturing me not to ask too many questions, as it's "not fair" to others. Really? Well, when I have to wait two days for a response, I'm going to get in as much as possible, I paid for the theme, and I paid extra for support, so I expect support and not an "annoyed" tone from some support person. Regardless, all issues have been resolved. But I suggest you hire a couple extra people if you can't keep up with upgrades and support. Tend to your customers better and the extra salaries will pay off in the long run.
    Lastly, this theme is not for beginners, you at the very least have to be very very technically oriented and be familiar with code and how things are set up, etc. I had never used visual composer before, I'm used to Genesis, and I found I like VC better, and glad I have learned it.
    Get your themes updated to the most recent versions of major plugins and I will revise my rating.

    We recently released new theme update where is included support for 3+ versions of WooCommerce.
    We checked your tickets, and please, note we are doing our best to answer on all our tickets within 24 hours. We owe you an apology for waiting a bit longer.
    Please, update our theme to latest and everything should be working back fine and your shop should be styled well again.
    Visual Composer is our main page builder and we implemented plenty of powerful shortcodes into it. Some time is needed to explore all options within elements and in our framework in Select Options, but it doesn't mean it is difficult to use.
