Unfortunately, demo imports are suggested to only be used on fresh installs. I buy a fresh hosting plan, and the demo install doesn't work. Then I try the suggestions as offered to others that have said the demo import doesn't work. Still doesn't work. Thinking it might by my host, I try another theme, and import the demo. It works instantly, so it's not the host. Thinking it might be the demo I'm selecting, I try a different Parallaxsome demo to import. Two hours later, it's still not imported. Wasted day and wasted dollars.

    We are truly shocked to hear about your problem as the theme does not have such problem at all. After your complain, we tested our theme again in multiple hosting environment with the demo import and it worked perfectly without any problem. During the test, we made a video cast of it as well and here it is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6gSkEyXn6M . It took 1:30 minutes to import the demo.
    You can ask our team to import the demo in your website if it is still not working. Our team is always ready to help in any circumstances.
