In order to implement many of the infographic features, you have to build them using the developer's TRX Shortcode system. This system is really clunky and slow to build. Most of these same features are available in other theme's which are MUCH more user friendly. This is the only theme that I have ever purchased and didn't end up using (and no, I was not able to get my money back.) On the flip side, the support for the theme was quick to respond. Perhaps someone with more interest in using shortcodes extensively would enjoy this theme. I personally did not. Here is an example of what is involved to create a very basic icon flowchart:

We are surprised to see such a review as all the theme shortcodes are managed easily in Visual Composer without any coding skills. This is how the code you provided looks in backend editor: http://prntscr.com/fmbrpi You can use frontend editor as well.
All infographic elements are also created using Visual Composer elements.

The theme documentation available on the item description page before the purchase contains the information about infographic elements and other shortcodes used in the theme. All of them can be managed in admin panel, without touching the code.
