  • Customer Support By gpdesign93, 2017-03-29 via themeforest.net Really excellent theme, lots of flexibility. I have used this theme with multiple client projects, and it has always been my go-to. The interface is clean, responsive and easy to work with. Very easy to navigate the settings, you can tell every nook and cranny has been thought out and executed in great detail. Their customer service is definitely one of their best features. Always fast and helpful, helping above and beyond the standard issues. That and their custom visual composer are really what make this theme shine. Each module has an overwhelming amount of options, which is a must if you want to reuse the theme multiple times. Often the settings in one place can override settings elsewhere, so it takes a little getting used to. Make sure you stay organized or it can get frustrating. I also wish they had more built-in settings for responsive mobile design, that is pretty lacking in this theme. Writing custom css can be annoying sometimes as well. They make it easy to write custom styles in each page, but often their own default styles override everything, making custom css pointless. But overall I'm very impressed with the thought that went into this theme.

I was asked to create a feature request, that _Could_ be included in future releases. Ain't nobody have time for this and the support time is limited. Hence I had to solve it by myself with custom CSS. The point of purchasing a theme is not to do everything by yourself.
    The theme is marketed to come with an "Enhanced Visual Composer, but it really comes with old version 4.1.2 of the plugin and with limited functionality.
    Adaptive loading of images is great idea and everything else works as expected.

    We are sorry Uncode doesn't meet you expectations. Please note that our agent kindly asked you to check your website to create the code for you, no agents suggested to send a feature request. If you are looking for an option that is not present in none of the 200+ demo pages, this is supposed to be created with a custom code. Also a super flexible theme like Uncode cannot offers solution for all possible variations.

    About the old version of Visual Composer this is pretty normal, the new version of plugins will be included on theme update, you can read more infos here.

  • Flexibility By rancem, 2017-03-27 via themeforest.net I have worked with a lot of themes (over 30). This is simply the best I have seen out there. It offers the equivalent of a stack of themes, and even with each of those there is incredible flexibility to customize it. Yet, "out of the box" it is ready to go and easy to create your site. Plus it includes some of the best plugins out there already integrated into it. One very powerful feature is the Content Block. If you ever created a site and then realized you want to move some things around or put something in multiple places, you will find this very useful.
    Bottom line, simply the best theme I have seen. Period.
