Other By janinemarie, 2017-06-30 via themeforest.net After I applied the theme my dashboard runs very very slow. After few seconds of loading it says 'Service unavailable' if I delete page, if I deactivate plugins in short everything I fix it says unavailable. But when I use different theme my dashboard works fine. It's been almost 2 weeks since I bought the theme but I can't launch my website because I encounter problem with the theme. If I can refund it I will do it. It has lots of features and freebies but all are useless because I cannot completely use the theme you cannot even save a page it will load then it will say 'Service Unvailable'. I hope you can fix it the soonest.

Thanks for writing in and please don't worry :)
The problem was 100% caused by your host has PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. Since Wanium is a multi-concepts theme, it requires a little more resources than some other themes. There was an easy fix in our FAQs page here (question 1) : http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/
If the problem persists, please contact us via email contact@themelogi.com or submit your ticket to our support forum at http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/ so we can help you out.
P.S: I hope you can contact us and give us a change to help you before leaving review rating for this theme, and if we can't help you to resolve the problem, we'll happy to return your money :) so please change your review rating if possible since this issue is common error for a multi-pupose WordPress site :)

The author/developer of this template values their customer and money. They have also good customer support and they typically reply within 24 hours.
