Customer Support By charlotteke, 2017-05-09 via themeforest.net I am very disappointed having to write this very negative review. However, after buying an extra support for 6 months the support couldn't help me concerning an issue with the 'bears' plugin that the template is using.
I've seen they tried but they couldn't find a solution to the issue, so they told me that the support couldn't get further in resolving the problem. I am truly annoyed by this fact because most of the template design use this plugin.
Plus, I am use to working with template for a long time, the responsive had big problem on some point and when I asked to resolve it, they told me to go in the css and do it myself! NEVER HAD AN ANSWER LIKE IT.
As soon as you dont have any little issue, its ok.... My website is almost finished. BUT unfortunately after hours and days of work, it can't go online! Considerable lost of time, lost of money!!

Hi, we just try to help you. But can't customize list all request. You can't just purchased more support and request us customize all point in your site. It is not rule support from themeforest. Hope you can undestand it. Thank you by the way !

  • Design Quality By contemplatedsgn, 2016-11-03 via themeforest.net I had high hopes for this theme and not sure how it got such high reviews but after working with it for a project there are a lot of issues:
    - too many plugins that do duplicate
    - Ultimate Addons isn't included even though it is advertised
    - Child Themes aren't implemented correctly (style.css doesn't load at all)
    - doesn't score well in GT Metrix as advertised and trying to minify scripts crashed my site
    - no automatic theme update option as advertised
    - poor documentation
    - too dependent on installing demo setups

    If the documentation came with the CSS needed to customize the features that do not have settings available, it would be perfect.
  • Bugs By tnethers, 2016-09-24 via themeforest.net The TB Donations has a lacking backend without management beyond seeing the transactions. Charitable is better but visually mediocre to the end user.
    The event output page is missing many fields such as Venue. Lots of the English is broken so it reads strangely to consumers. The shipping estimate is broken if you want to use the shop. It says Donaers instead of donors all over.
    If these bugs were fixed this could easily be a 5 star theme. Also, the theme owner refuses to push updates thru WP and makes you manually install. It tends to overwrite preference settings (i.e. selected colors, etc) when done this way.
