Other By DianaZahar, 2017-07-08 via themeforest.net Support is great and they will help you with whatever you need, them I would give 5 stars. The reason for the 3 stars only is that the theme itself isn't that great:
1. The theme misses important settings as top bar background color, size & font customization of main menu in header, customization of text and visuals in footer and bottom bar
2. Settings are not organized in any logical way. You have to click five different places to set the look of one page element
3. English is quite poor and makes you wonder, what the author means
4. It's difficult to figure out, which page element in the theme settings you have to edit in order to change what you are working on, as no explanations are available
5. It's not possible to get a page title that is not fancy, e.g. without an image and a mask
6. No settings for top bar, header or page title line height either
7. Plugins update process is rather bizarre
I've worked with several themes before but I've never encountered another one that was so disorderly in terms of settings - and with missing important settings.
Feature-wise, the theme is great and can be used almost directly out of the box.
Message to the author:
I'm really sorry to have to rate the theme so low, as I really appreciated your great support and readiness to help. However, I miss a great deal of settings, order, and ease of use that I am used to.
I'm certain though, that you will use this review to improve the experience for other customers. I have, however, decided to move to another theme.

Clever Course is a LMS (Learning Management System) wordpress theme. It?s suitable for school, university, college, education etc.. This theme is designed especially for creating and sell courses. You can sell both online course either onsite course. For online, each course can be separate into parts/sections and you can also create online quiz to evaluate learners.

About payment, learner can choose to pay by Paypal, Stripe, PayMill, Authorized.net or CloudPayments.eu(.ru) directly or they can choose to transfer by other methods(Admin can provide other methods such as bank transfer) then learners will have a submission from in backend to submit payment evidence(Bank transfer receipt for example). After learner submit, admin can check the evidence in admin?s backend and approve or reject the submission later.

For Onsite Course, learner can fill the amount of package in case of purchasing for friends. After purchasing, learner will get the reference code which be used for instructor to compare with the record in the date of studying.

    To install wordpress theme, please follow these steps.
    1.) After you downloaded file from Themeforest. Do not upload it yet. Extract it!
    2.) You will find 6-7 folders and some files inside. You'll see the file called 'clevercourse.zip'
    3.) Upload this file through wp backend.
    Hope this will help and hope you will re rate the theme.

    The platform is easy to set, even for the beginner, is intuitive, clean and lean. I have a lot od customization option, but I choose the demo layout - which is very easy to set up.
    The customer support works well - I am the WP beginner, I dont know how to code and I ask basic uestions that are answered. I also had an occasion to learn something new during support conversation. The problems I had up to this time were translation of my plugin to my mother tongue (which occured to be quite easy at the end and I also learned to use my FTP account) and to add/remove some functions. The support helped me and I hope they will stay the same helpful later on.
    The only thing that I didnt know, and foreign buyers should be aware of, was that the payment services are hard-set up. In my country I have only Pay Pal, but not that much popular and I am facing the challenge of adding a code connecting the theme with chosen payment service - I need to hire somebody to do it, as you cannot use any plugin, it must be dedicated for this particular LMS. This is something that I can deal with and still I thing that buying Clever course was a very good choice. It is really good price LMS, and using a freelancer to write this code is just my investment in my business, that I am open to handle. Hope that support will give us some advice, so the code will fit.
    Conclusion: this is well done LMS platform, easy to set up and customize, very pretty and end-customer/user (I mean students) friendly. The support is helpful, the answers are quick, they are open to check things for you. That fits the Power Elite Author perfectly.

  • Customer Support By bryan62, 2016-09-28 via themeforest.net After using this theme, there are lots of functions that shpuld be easily disabled but support does not seem to give many answers for basic questions in support form. Answers are either 'nope' or contact our support link which you have to pay to ask about basic function questions. Do not waste your time looking for basic support answers in the open forum. To pay 44.00 to ask basic questions is lame.
    The manual is also very limited and far from completion.
    You will have to find out how most theme functions work for yourself. System functions are VERY basic and limited for course-ware. Not recommended. Support is non-existent unless you want to pay extra for basic questions such as how to remove certain useless confusing functions.
