Design Quality By illydobnig, 2017-05-10 via themeforest.net This is one of the worst themes long seen. I bought it because of visual composer, but the shortcodes of the theme are not good to use and you need half an hour for creating a simple picture gallery because of this useless Essential Grid plugin. It is not user friendly and I will build the site with another theme now. I need to rebuild it again. I cannot show this my customer. Also the using of the fonts is complicated. I dunno why they are not using simple coding with visual composer. I don't now ...

We are surprised to receive such a rate from you as there are lots of other ways to create a gallery without Essential Grid plugin, even though it's pretty popular and widely used plugin and there are lots of tutorials and extensive plugin documentation showing how to use it.

Customizability By designables, 2017-03-03 via themeforest.net It takes a bit of deconstructing to figure out the classes used for some of the demo elements in order to customize them for your own use. That might be difficult for a non-web developer.

RTL is not a standard feature for any custom WP theme and it was not mentioned on the theme description page. Please check the reply in your support ticket, the operator has provided the solution to have right-to-left text direction for the theme.
