Looks crap when installed and comes with no editing options as its done via anchors. With visual composer you can change only a select few parts of the theme. Not worth buying unless you want a theme that responds like this theme but will look nothing at all like it, cant see this lasting long and i will be complaining. It's a shame because it looks very good on the demo site.

Besides, all the page content is edited using Visual Composer. You have just missed Layouts section of documentation: http://appdrop.themerex.net/doc/#layouts The anchors help you to create one-page navigation demonstrated on the demo website. If you do need that, delete them.
