  • Other By OlafLarry, 2017-04-20 via themeforest.net Very classy and elegant theme. As a photographer I love it. Simple to run. Easy to manage. Customer support is inceredibly fast and helpful. This is the third theme I bought on envato and certainly the best!
  • Bugs By connerturmon, 2017-04-02 via themeforest.net Overall experience has been very buggy. Did a fresh Wordpress install, and installed the package properly. When importing demo content, there were no menus to be found on the site. The blog pages we're completely blank even though there were the demo posts found in my "posts" section. Overall navigation, layout, and usability has been quite buggy and all around unexpected. Definitely not worth the $50. I don't want to purchase a theme and have it be a gamble of whether or not it works properly, especially when I'm setting it up on a completely clean Wordpress (and yes, I did install all of the themes it requires to function).

    Hello, we have almost 350 install without issues and using the one click demo import everything should look just like in demo, in conclusion i am pretty positive that is something related to your hosting / server settings.     However, because of all the different amount of options that it has it can get quite complicated and overwhelming.
    But don't worry, the support is GREAT! I have asked from very complex to very simple questions and they have always replied with an answer.
    So to reiterate, the theme can be difficult and overwhelming because of all the options, but don't let that stop you because the support is there to help you all the time with any question you have.

I've contacted support 5-6 times for help making minor design changes (header modifications, removing captions from gallery photos, and other design related changes). Each time I've received perfect solutions in a very reasonable time frame. A couple changes have are even scheduled to be added as theme options in the future.
    Very happy with the customer service behind this theme!
