    Yes, there was issue with file system setting on this specific server where our client have his site, that we yet don't know how to fix.
    We are still working with client on this issue, but we understand his frustration with nothing working still and giving us 1 star cause of this. Unfortunately not everything is under our control.

As a marketer and not a programmer ease of use and customer support are essential to my success with a product. Usually it takes days for a reply which slows down my productivity. However in this case I felt like I had a developer on staff easily available to assist with my issues, even when the issue was with my server and not my theme.

    You either mistaken our product with different one or you are making up everything, as your review is completely untrue. First of all you created your account yesterday so you had to buy our theme yesterday. There is no trace of you on the support forum, e-mail and comments which means that you not contacted us. How can we verify that something did not work when you have not contacted us? You wrote that you need to buy additional plugins, this is also not true, cause plugin are bundled with theme and installed on activation. If you have good intentions, please write about the details because there are only generalities.

  • Feature Availability By rebekahchol, 2016-10-29 via themeforest.net This is the nicest theme I have worked with in terms of options of features and the so many different styles available. I think the documentation could be improved to be easier to use. Also it's very hard to understand how to edit the formats however once you get around these teething problems this is a great theme to work with.
