Fifteen

This is the best theme I think I’ve ever gotten off of WordPress.org. It’s clean, it’s beautiful, they don’t have you wasting your time downloading then you can’t do anything because they just want the money like those other dirtbags. It’s just a great theme.

I like this theme…. it looks, after my own adjustments, great but still not perfect…

Sadly enough I have to mention the lack of support!

My question on the support forum, which I posted over a week ago, hasn’t even been read, let alone answered.

The e-mail I’ve send a couple of days ago after not getting any response on that supportforum is also not answered still

So I can’t possible give more stars…. every theme should have decent support, not only the free ones but the selfhosted ones too!

I am generally satisfied with this theme, but I can not seem to put more than 7 post pictures on the home page! If anyone could help me, I can not find anywhere my answer to this problem! see on http://www.parfummessinafamily.fr

Alas, yet another crippled theme–where free users are sent to a mostly moribund crowd-sourced support regimen here on the forums at wordpress.org.

My support question is simple, yet, I see others have asked it with zero response.

Because thumbnails won’t publish on the blog post-as-home-page option, the theme is fundamentally useless.

The trend over the past few years has been unfortunately amplified by the monetization of crippled themes and the general refusal of developers to provide support to those willing to test the theme before purchasing.

This cynical practice then gets folded into however it is the developer chooses to cripple the theme.

For Fifteen, here, I can’t award zero stars. But I can say: avoid it at all costs. It is substantially: cripple-ware.

I love this theme, and I just had a great experience with their support, who helped me in multiple ways. Thanks, Inkhive!

Brilliant theme. A little features missing but you can go past them. Love it. It’s on over my websites if you wish to see. Love it!

Congratulations , it’s a good theme

paid for fifteen plus and have a small problem. 3 emails later and no response. not a happy bunny, hence low stars. Looks nice, but lack of support makes it difficult to get right
Amended after support eventually solved the problem.
