There are some bugs in the theme but there's no update since 3 months ago which the theme was released.
Some theme options are not working properly (Background colors, footer text align and ...). Some properties like the main yellow color are hard coded in the theme and it won't change if you change the main color in the theme options (e.g. in sliders navigation buttons, portfolio next/previous/portfolio home icon and ...).
Some elements are not fully styled such as team members (social icons are not styled at all).
I expect the theme author to fix these issues as soon as possible and release an updated / fixed version of the theme.
I've rated with 3 stars, One star was reduced for bugs and another star for not releasing any new fixes or updates. I will change my review once a new fixed version is released because I like the theme design itself and I believe it could be a great theme.
