  • Customer Support By xling666, 2017-05-04 via themeforest.net I purchased this template and try to import the demo data. It has two parts,
    The first part is import pages and posts with wordpress importer. So I did as the instructions in the document. It showed bunch of error message as below:
    "Import WordPress
    Failed to import product_type external
    Failed to import product_type grouped
    Failed to import product_type simple
    Failed to import product_type variable
    Failed to import Media “3”
    Failed to import Media “icon1”
    Failed to import Media “icon2”
    .................."
    The second part is the "import theme option". It needs file 'theme-option.txt'. But it couldn't be found anywhere.
    Since we purchased 6 month support, so I contact with them. I did not get any replies until now.
  • Design Quality By byronallenbrown, 2017-04-05 via themeforest.net find this quite easy to use and nice and clean and not a tedious design like others
  • Code Quality By duaneredding, 2017-03-22 via themeforest.net [SECURITY RISK] Lots of embedded backlinks. Author refuses to correct - just replies "send us your wp login".
