Design Quality By plaridel1, 2017-03-17 via themeforest.net Design now looks outdated, which sucks. There are new very beautiful travel themes popping out, but they are not as functionally extensive as Traveler. Also, the new themes are much faster compared to Traveler.

I've read about 10 times the documentation and so far I have not been able to install the patch with all its functionality.
My wish today is to have the money paid back.

Customer Support By volkansadventures, 2017-02-14 via themeforest.net Now i have to admit I thought and waited before rating this theme. And now, surprisingly the last 2 reviews comes as negative, I have to put my own experience.
I am a very very novice, 0 coding experience person. I have purchased a dozen of themes from envato and after a lot of hassle got my money back from half of those.
This theme is like dream come through. I purchased and wishing 1 day I was online and selling. I had couple of problems and it was late saturday night when I opened my support tickets. And boom, monday support starts to come in and today one guy asks for my admin credentials, I go out, come back home and everything fixed and working like a charm.
I don't know you guys but if you are novice like me and want lots with your site, I think this theme is the closest choice as i tried 6 before and none satisfied me.
I really do appreciate the hard work put on for this theme. Ok I still have couple questions waiting to be answered but I realised that I can not hire team of web masters for days for 69 usd. To me, I got my monies worth already and i trust they will help me when i need help as long as its in reasonable boundaries.
Thank you for this great theme. please don't be put off by bad reviews. keep up the good work.
Customizability By sourireplus, 2017-02-13 via themeforest.net I am a bit desapointed and I hated to put bad review, but that's my experience; Impossible to have the demo like others templates. Each time I use the upload xml, nothing works (and it's not my first wordpress template).
Some pages (login/register) exists in the demo version, once I bought the template, nothing, I couldn't find any of them.
I asked for help from the customer support but they were on holidays, once they came back they couldn't reply because my support was finished (1 week remained however but that's when they were off). Not a good experience. Hope I could change my mind on it!

Bugs By gezginreklam, 2017-02-13 via themeforest.net This is the worst theme I've ever used.
There are lots of bugs.
Just a small example; there weren't "forgot password" option before on the login screen, they updated and added. And now, when you enter your MAIL to get your password, it says "your PASSWORD cant be less than 6 characters" (smthng like that).
This was just one basic example. There is no stability. And if you are buying because of these beautiful demos, don't do it, there are no these demos on admin panel as 1-click-install :) It was the first shock of me when I bought..
This theme not flexible.
You get answer after several days, from customer support, and they are even not able to understand what you are asking!
Theme is so slow because of bad coding! We did many things to make it a little bit faster (You can check our site https://goo.gl/FYZjeU )
Why I bought this theme, because that was the most extensive theme for that job, but since there are lots of bugs I'm gonna change soon. So if you find another theme on that link, it clearly means that we finally changed.
