If you have not contacted our support team then please open a ticket at http://crunchpress.com/support and they will help you out in resolving the issues you are facing. If you already have a ticket at our support forum, then please share your ticket ID by replying to this message so we can look into it.
It is properly coded and our every element is working absolutely fine.
If you are going through any difficulties, then you can always ask for the help from author and support team.

Customer Support By viguet, 2016-10-25 via themeforest.net This theme is really not a good option if you don't know the code. You can't customize the color for some elements without going to the CSS.
In addition, there were some issues with the viewing of CP element. You can't put any structure into your article like h2, h3, hypertext link, bold, etc. It appears with the html code into the extract. (ex : )
The team is really not professional. As I mentioned the issue, they request for my FTP login, what I gave them. Just after that my website was not working anymore. They told me, they were not able to solve it because I had a server issue but there was no issue before I gave them the login and it wasn't an hosting issue it was a php issue. I don't know what they did but I lost money, time and energy. I was obliged to buy an other theme. I do really not recommend this theme.
