1. Booking plugin included is unusable for us. No People (guests) feature, so price is per room only, when all hotels must have it since price is depending on number of guests.
2. WPML was partly just fixed and not all translatable.
3. Still some templates old: Your theme (Hotel WP) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.
4. Customer support is not flexible, they don't understand the clients and our needs.
5. So overall is disappointed - I wanted to use it in production but there too many but's and no's...

You don't keep your promise. You had asked us for a further customization for this site http://www.art-hotel-sochi.ru/ which uses another our theme Sailing, not Hotel WP. We agreed help you and to compensate, you changed your rating to 5 stars for Hotel WP (from 1 star to 5 stars). Now you want us provide you Sailing theme and we don't agree. And you give a bad rating again just because of this? I said we can provide you the test demo with Sailing so you can test the theme before purchasing. We aren't allowed to give the customers the theme file before they purchase the theme.
One more thing, you have a site http://www.art-hotel-sochi.ru/ which uses Sailing theme. If you have already Sailing theme, why do you ask me to send you the latest version of the theme? You can completely download the latest version by yourself from Themeforest if you purchased the theme. I'm wondering where did you get Sailing theme to install for http://www.art-hotel-sochi.ru/??

1. This is a feature which is different from the workflow of our booking. I remember that we discussed about this many times and our answer is that we can't customize this feature for you because this is your separate request. We just can provide you customization service if you want to have the feature for your site.
2. You asked for help about the WPML. Your problem is that you can't translate some strings. The reason is your WPML settings is incorrectly. We even setup WPML for you so you could translate the strings. It's not the bug from theme. It's due to your configs.
3. WooCommerce has already released a new update so there are some WooCommerce outdated files. We really can't control the updates from a third party plugin so that we couldn't update those files promptly. But a new theme version will be release tomorrow to update those files. Hope you understand this matter.
4. I tried to provide you the solution for every your request as the discussion via email: provide you a test demo to test the theme Sailing before purchase, provide you customization service if you want to have a new feature for your site. But you seem to ignore my help...
If you want to test Sailing, I can give you the account login the test demo so that you test the theme. Please consider this.
