They will help you along the whole process!! I definitely recommend it! I purchased this theme after having a bad experience with another theme, and I'm so glad I did this and I found Bridge. I'm writing this not because I've been told to, but because I really wanted to! Their work is outstanding.

    Hello,
    We just checked your tickets on our support forum and your vulgar tone is constantly present in your support ticket which is not appropriate and it is violating Evnato rules, and all that because main issues which you were having was related to your hosting service provider, because you have disabled java script in the browser, and as we can see you don't know how to setup Google maps API key. Theme is working fine and it is bugs free, so please reply to your open ticket or submit a new one at https://qode.ticksy.com and please mind your tone. It is very unfair to rate our software that low only because you are not familiar with it and because you don't know how to use it. It is clear that Bridge theme is very good one because of so many satisfied users and their positive ratings and comments.
    Having pleased theme users is our priority, and we hope that you would consider changing this bad rating, and our support will gladly help you with all theme related questions.
