It has so many high-level design features already done yet it lets you change even the most minute details without touching a line of code. But, what makes it even better, has to be their customer support. Though you do have to pay for it, it is 110% worth it. They get back to you so fast and do not stop until you are satisfied with the result. They have helped me through so many issues and even give you small snippets of code that extend the functionality even more. Will keep using this theme for so many projects because it is more like a toolbox than a theme. Strongly recommend!!!!
  • Customer Support By jeffjag, 2017-06-17 via themeforest.net Documentation is ridiculously spare - there are 7 videos that show you how to install the theme, etc. But the documentation is very lacking.
    The instagram plugin won't work and despite following all of the instructions they gave, searching all the open tickets that related to my issue, and finally submitting my own ticket during business hours on a weekday, it's gone over 24 hours without a reply.
    I'm forced to leave a negative review to get their attention and hopefully this will help me solve the issue with their instagram plugin.

The customer support answer and they did a really great job. So for me now this theme is not 5 star... but 6! :-)
