The theme is great, so is the customer service however the reply on a question takes too long in my opinion. Moreover, the overall theme is working great easy to customize and lots of features.

    i have been looking for a theme like this for weeks and after using it now for about a week i’m looking into upgrading to the pro version. if you want a theme which allows you to create great looking pages with little work then this is the theme for you.

    Using the lite version currently. Kind of my first time using wordpress so I’ve been emailing them asking all the simple problems I’ve faced. Nonetheless, supports are very professional and prompt. High chance of getting the PRO version. Awesome guys

    So install, activation and set up was simple, however, when I had trouble with a massive gap between my logo and text below it i got in touch with support. Their response was great however my inbox thread shows 15 emails of backwards and forwards from them saying ‘try this and try that’ in the custom CSS box clearly showing that they didn’t have a clue about their own product. In the end i paid a developer to fix their theme. Additionally, they had the chutzpah to say to me “thanks for a great review” which I had promised, but since they neither solved the problem or acted professionally this needs to be made public.
