The theme is great, so is the customer service however the reply on a question takes too long in my opinion. Moreover, the overall theme is working great easy to customize and lots of features.

    I liked the lite version so much that I bought the pro version. I have asked several questions on the support page (one question had nothing to do with the theme, it was a CSS question) and I received prompt replies. A+!

    I only had the free version to experiment with and was able to chat and gain really helpful support for that even though I hadn’t purchased the pro version yet.     The theme itself is wonderful. This post however is to laud the support team and designers. Not being native to coding, I’ve had a…few…questions to say the least. The team at Layerthemes is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and they have a wonderful sense of humour. I never feel embarrassed to ask a question and I never worry about having any important issues left dangling.

    Hello l downloaded an optimizer theme but my post were not displaying on any of the pages,l was trying since yesterday but this morning just before l was about to install another theme l went to the documentation were there is a live assistance and guess it took less than 2 minites to have it resolved.

    I have used Optimizer on three different sites and love how it works out. Silly me had some trouble, but I had forgot to upgrade my php. After I done that everything worked really smooth.

    Love the variations and the flexibility.
