I’m not a fan of too many options, even in customizer. This theme actually makes it fun to customize. Layout and header options gives you practically full control and works smarter than you can imagine). At the same time, it’s clean, lightweight and developer friendly. The author provide hooks, filters and the way to remove unwanted features when using a child theme.
The theme’s grid system is also very powerful and flexible, and it works in IE9- as a bonus).

This theme is awesome. The design and code is clean and uncomplicated… Everything a modern theme should be.

I love the responsiveness, particularly the menu and sidebars.

After installing, setting up and running this theme for a few days I was so happy I installed it on all of my blogs.

When I needed some extra help with featured images I got it via Twitter within minutes (far sooner than I expected). The best thing about this theme is how simple it is to customize right inside the options with the theme. I’ve bought premium themes which were not worth paying for once I actually tried to work with them. I like doing it all myself as much as I can.

GeneratePress is great for being simple to work with and having good options for getting what you want from your site. I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes in time.

Excellent theme, I’m playing with it to replace my current theme (Thesis) with something else with a good performance in terms of speed and lightweight.

It would be absolutely perfect with a native mega menu, and the possibility to use hooks to put ads code in single post.
Another feature that I hope to see in next releases is a better blockquote styling.

Overall this is a very promising theme, it could easily became a blockbuster.

Quick. Easy. Flexible. I used this to replace Thesis. It is very easy to use and the support is quick, friendly and helpful.

My experience with Thesis did help me do things faster. Hooks, CSS – a little knowledge of how those work help with any theme.

I got all the add-ons which also add shortcuts to building your site.

Clearly the most flexibe theme i’ve ever had. With the addons it’s an a absolutely great theme!
